COVID- 19: Design Reality remains open for business
All areas of Design Reality remain open and we’re continuing to create outstanding design and development for clients, whilst adhering to the latest Government advice and looking after the safety of our team and their families.
We want to reassure our existing clients, potential clients and our suppliers that we are still fully operational. The nature of what we do here at Design Reality means we are in the very fortunate position of being able to utilise the wide range of technology available to us to allow our team to continue their roles working from home.
We’re taking advantage of virtual meeting spaces and home working practices wherever possible. If you have a meeting booked with one of our team, we will be in touch to arrange video conferencing. As we work with many international clients, video conferencing is a regular occurrence and will be business as usual (although the office backgrounds will look a little different).
Any prototyping and 3D printing required by clients will still be provided. We’ve created a booking system for the lab and workshop to ensure that a minimum number of our team can work safely within the building if required, whilst adhering to the new social distancing guidelines. The ongoing health and well-being of our team is of the utmost importance to our business.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our fantastic design team for their innovative approach to dealing with these ever changing circumstances, our clients for their continued business and our suppliers for their ongoing support.
It is at times like these that we are reminded about how important the products that we design are and their role in protecting the user. We would like to thank the selfless frontline workers around the world helping to fight this pandemic and wish them and their families good health.
